Customers may choose pickup or supported delivery options where available. Delivery availability depends on merchant readiness, driver capacity, order type, and customer location.
Delivery fees
Delivery and super-fast fees are shown during checkout and are separate from the merchant payout and StreetShops commission preview.
Customer responsibility
Customers must provide reachable contact details, accurate delivery instructions, and a safe handover location.
Operational review
StreetShops should complete delivery partner SLAs, failed-delivery rules, and driver safety procedures before public launch.
