Terms of Use
These terms govern use of the StreetShops website, PWA, marketplace, merchant portal, admin portal, and ordering experience.
Marketplace role
StreetShops provides digital discovery, ordering, payment routing, and operational tools for local commerce. Individual merchants remain responsible for product quality, pricing, availability, and fulfilment accuracy.
Accounts and roles
Admin, merchant, and driver areas require StreetShops-authenticated accounts with the correct role. Users must not access, copy, or modify data they are not authorised to manage.
Orders and payments
Orders are subject to merchant confirmation, PayFast payment status, product availability, and delivery or pickup confirmation.
