Merchant Agreement
This agreement defines the launch baseline for merchants applying to list, receive orders, and participate in StreetShops payouts.
Merchant responsibilities
Merchants must provide accurate business, product, price, availability, contact, fulfilment, and compliance information.
Order fulfilment
Merchants must confirm orders promptly, prepare items as represented, and update fulfilment status accurately through the merchant portal.
Payouts
Payouts are released only after payment confirmation, fulfilment confirmation, and verified payout onboarding. Banking details should not be submitted through public forms.
Launch note
This merchant agreement is a production placeholder and must be reviewed with local legal, tax, payout, and compliance requirements before launch.
